Your account

You must be 13 or older to use Yo-Tag. You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up, and to keep your account credentials (PIN, contacts) safe.

Your tag

Your Yo-Tag is yours to use as long as it complies with our content policy (no impersonation, no offensive content, no infringement of trademarks or rights). We reserve the right to revoke any tag that violates our policy, with a right of appeal.

What you can't do

Don't use Yo-Tag to harass, defraud, impersonate, or harm others. Don't register tags that impersonate public figures, brands, or government entities without authorisation (use our verified tag requestflow if you are authorised). Don't attempt to circumvent our safety filters or rate limits.

Disputes

If a tag infringes your rights, use our trademark takedown flow. For any other disputes, contact support@yo-tag.com.
