Terms of service

Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use Yo-Tag. When you first set up the app we ask for your date of birth to confirm this, and anyone under 13 cannot create an account. You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up and to keep your account secure.
Your tag
Your Yo-Tag is yours to use as long as it complies with our content policy (no impersonation, no offensive content, no infringement of trademarks or rights). We reserve the right to revoke any tag that violates our policy. If your tag is revoked and you believe we got it wrong, email support@yo-tag.com and we will take another look.
What you can't do
Don't use Yo-Tag to harass, defraud, impersonate, or harm others. Don't register tags that impersonate public figures, brands, or government entities without authorisation (use our verified tag requestflow if you are authorised). Don't attempt to circumvent our safety filters or rate limits.
Reporting problems
If you see a tag, user, or behaviour that breaks these rules, report it: use Report Tag in the app, or email support@yo-tag.com. We review every report and act where the rules have been broken. If we take action against your tag or account and you disagree, email us and we will review the decision and respond.
Payments
Yo-Tag offers free randomly-generated tags, premium custom tags (one-time purchase), and a Family Plan subscription. All purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple (App Store); we never see your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple and are subject to UK consumer law.
Disputes
If a tag infringes your rights, use our trademark takedown flow. For any other disputes, contact support@yo-tag.com. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
