How do I block or report someone?
Both options are one tap from the call history or contact screen.
Blocking a tag
Open the Yo-Tag app. Find their tag in your call history or in your Connect tab. Tap their name, then "Block this tag." They won’t be able to call you again. They aren’t notified that they’ve been blocked.
You can unblock at any time from the same screen, or from your settings.
Reporting a tag
If a tag is being used to harass, scam, or impersonate, tap the flag icon on their entry in your call history. Pick a reason — abuse, scam, impersonation, illegal content, other — and submit. We review every report as quickly as we can.
What happens after a report
- After 1 report: we review the tag and its activity
- After multiple reports on the same tag: we prioritise it for review and act where the rules have been broken
- For severe violations (impersonation of public figures, illegal content) we suspend immediately
Reports are anonymous from the perspective of the reported user. They aren’t shown who reported them.
