How do I delete my account?

Account deletion is in Settings. Permanent and irreversible.

You can delete your account at any time. Open the app → Me tab → Settings → Delete Account. Confirm, and your account is gone.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile, name, email
  • Your tag (it’s released back to the pool)
  • Your call history and connections
  • Your emergency contacts
  • Your push notification tokens

What’s retained (for legal reasons)

We retain transactional records (purchases, refunds) for 7 years to comply with UK accounting and tax law. These don’t identify you personally beyond what HMRC requires.

Deletion is irreversible. If you change your mind later, you’ll need to create a new account from scratch.
