How do I delete my account?
Account deletion is in Settings. Permanent and irreversible.
You can delete your account at any time. Open the app → Me tab → Settings → Delete Account. Confirm, and your account is gone.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, name, email
- Your tag (it’s permanently retired — nobody else can ever claim it)
- Your call history and connections
- Your emergency contacts
- Your push notification tokens
What’s retained (for legal reasons)
We retain minimal transactional records (purchases, refunds) for as long as UK accounting and tax law requires. These don’t identify you personally beyond what HMRC requires.
Deletion is irreversible. If you change your mind later, you’ll need to create a new account from scratch.
