I’m not getting incoming calls

A short checklist that fixes 90% of cases.

Run through these checks in order:

1. Notifications enabled

iOS Settings → Notifications → Yo-Tag → make sure "Allow Notifications" is on. If you ever tapped "Don’t Allow" when prompted, this is almost certainly the cause.

2. Background App Refresh enabled

iOS Settings → General → Background App Refresh → make sure Yo-Tag is on.

3. Microphone permission

iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone → Yo-Tag should be enabled. Without this, calls fail silently.

4. Internet connection

Yo-Tag calls go over Wi-Fi or cellular data. If you’re on a flaky network, calls may not arrive. Switch between Wi-Fi and cellular and try again.

5. Force-quit and reopen

Sometimes the app gets stuck. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen, swipe Yo-Tag away, then reopen.
