I can’t sign in

Yo-Tag has no passwords — here’s what to do instead.

Yo-Tag doesn’t use passwords. When you sign in, we email you a 6-digit code instead — so there’s nothing to reset and nothing to forget.

Your code hasn’t arrived

Codes are sent from noreply@yo-tag.com. Check your spam or junk folder first, and make sure you’re using the same email address you signed up with.

  • Codes expire after 10 minutes
  • You can request a new code after 30 seconds
  • Check spam, junk, and any promotions folder

Your code isn’t being accepted

You have five attempts before a code stops working. If you’ve used them all, request a new code and try again. If the keyboard disappears while you’re typing, tap the code boxes to bring it back.

You’re not sure which email you used

Email support@yo-tag.com and include your Yo-Tag handle if you know it. We can look up which address is on your account and tell you which one to use.

You’ve lost access to your email address

Get in touch at support@yo-tag.com. Please include your Yo-Tag handle, the name on your account, and anything else that helps confirm the account is yours — for example an Apple receipt if you’ve bought a tag.

We have to be confident an account belongs to you before we change anything on it. Your Yo-Tag account can hold your emergency contacts, so we would rather ask you for more proof than risk handing your account to someone else.

You signed in with Apple

Tap "Continue with Apple" again using the same Apple ID. If you used Apple’s Hide My Email, you don’t need to know the email address — Apple will recognise you automatically.

Still need help? support@yo-tag.com — we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
